We offer free standard shipping within New Zealand via NZ Post:
— No tracking information is available for free shipping.
— Estimated delivery time: 3–6 working days.
— You'll receive a notification from us when your order has shipped (please check your spam if you don't receive one).
— Public holidays and weekends will affect delivery times.
— Special delivery instructions cannot be added to free shipping orders.
We also offer tracked courier shipping within New Zealand for NZ$10.00.

International shipping
We offer standard shipping to most countries worldwide.

— Shipping cost is calculated by weight at checkout. Estimated costs and timings:
Australia: Starting from NZ$15.00 per order; 1–2 weeks.
Europe, UK, and USA: Starting from NZ$30.00 per order; 3–4 weeks.
